About Us

Established in Australia in December 2008, Agile Logistic Solutions (Solutions) has both gained and provided considerable experience in aid of clients across a wide range of industries.

Solutions was founded by Taz Wilks and Ken Lawrence in 2008. During their careers Taz and Ken saw a business opportunity to better assist the Australian Defence Force and Defence Industry in conducting their business, particularly where those businesses were having difficulty recruiting staff or where they needed specialist skills that were not part of their core business.

As the business became successful and Solutions attracted clients outside of the aerospace sector, the business began to market services to other industries.  Throughout this period Agile also developed it’s flagship product – AxiomCM – using it in engagements to more efficiently support clients.  Realising that AxiomCM had the potential to be commercialised Agile established two further companies to support the commercialisation process.  Agile software Group was established to manage all commercial assets and as the software development arm of the software group.  Agile Software Innovations was also established as the trading arm of the software group.

All Agile companies have been established with collaborative/ organic business structures and this structure has flourished throughout our history to date.
